We have a great support team, who is pleased to assist you if you have any questions regarding your confirmations and/or portfolio summaries. They are also the ones to speak to for assistance on a number of administrative matters, such as how long a particular transaction may take to process, the dates on which various companies process monthly purchases and/or withdrawls. Whatever the questions, our admin. team will ensure they are answered promptly.
